3. Quotes & Proposals

All quotes, estimates, and proposals provided by NxtZTech are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise our estimates if the project scope changes significantly during development.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be explicitly defined in the project agreement or statement of work. Work will commence upon receipt of the agreed-upon initial deposit. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery timelines may be adjusted if required assets, feedback, or approvals from the client are delayed. A standard number of revisions are included in our proposals; excessive revisions outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NxtZTech, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
